In Part 2 of Elevate & Strengthen Your Volunteer Training Program, we move beyond orientation and sidewalker skills and dive into the hands-on volunteer positions that support your horses, your instructors, your students, and the entire lesson flow. We’ll walk step-by-step through how to train volunteers for these higher-responsibility roles in a way that protects equine welfare, improves safety, builds program consistency, and reduces the burden on instructors and staff.
