Hiring: Lead Full time Instructor- Denver/Elizabeth, CO 12/18/2024
Lead Instructor PATH CTRI for 2 locations in the Denver area. Must be able to host classes both in Elizabeth (which is an outdoor facility in the black forest) and in Denver at the National Western Complex (which is a Temperature controlled indoor new multi million $ facility). Must have at least 3 years experience as a PATH CTRI and have been an instructor for a minimum of 5 years. Must be able to ride and teach at a walk/trot/canter. Must be familiar with both English and Western disciplines. Excellent work ethic is required.
This is a mostly full time position at 30 hours per week on average. Salary of $45,000 per year. We will help pay for continuing education, possibility to board one horse in Elizabeth for a nominal fee. Paid days off. Saturday work is a must and you will always have Sundays off. Most of your time will be spent teaching classes, assisting in program development and assisting in onboarding new clients. We are a highly organized and efficient organization and expect to expand our class offerings in 2025.
