  HIRING: Substitute PATH CTRI – Pflugerville, TX, USA – Posted/Updated 7/26/2024

  Seeking a PATH CTRI as a substitute for our primary instructor with a potential to add on as a more consistent instructor with a regular client/lesson load to help expand our program.

  1. Main duties will be prepping for and instructing 1hr lessons as needed.
  2. Arrive 30mins prior to lesson to coordinate with horse, volunteers, and set up arena. Stay 15-30mins after to ensure horse, volunteers, and arena are wrapped up as well as write lesson notes.
  3. Must maintain PATH CTRI and adhere to PATH safety standards at all times.
  4. Lessons are private or semi-private (2 riders max) only for 1hr. Most riders ride once a week.
  5. Facility is open Tues-Sat year round with current lessons on Wed AM and PM, Thurs PM, Fri AM, and Saturdays 8a-12n. Lesson times can expand with your schedule and volunteer availability.
  6. Instructor is paid $45 for a Private 1hr lesson and $27/ea client for a Semi-Private 1hr lesson (so $54).
