Silver Lining Riding is seeking a passionate and dedicated Adaptive Riding Instructor to join our team! This position is open to current PATH Intl. CTRI’s <strong data-start=”386″ data-end=”392″>or instructors actively pursuing their CTRI certification. CHA IRD is acceptable as well. The role will begin as part-time with potential for full-time based on program needs and availability.
<strong data-start=”555″ data-end=”574″>Duties include:
<ul data-start=”577″ data-end=”1007″>
Teaching adaptive riding lessons in accordance with PATH Intl. standards
Supporting the physical, emotional, and cognitive goals of riders through equine-assisted activities
Collaborating with volunteers, staff, and families to ensure safe and meaningful sessions
Assisting with horse care, tack fitting, and arena setup as needed
Participating in team meetings, trainings, and continuing education opportunities
<strong data-start=”1009″ data-end=”1026″>Compensation:<br data-start=”1026″ data-end=”1029″>Starting at $15/hour for instructors actively pursuing certification. Certified instructors earn $18/hour. Financial assistance is available to support those working toward certification.
